Strealing an eBook is software copyright violation

You will be able to download eBooks that you have purchased for your personal use only.

You may not redistribute them to other people by using:

  • Email
  • Floppy discs
  • Zip files
  • Burning them to CD
  • Burning them to DVD
  • Transferring by FTP
  • Sending them via instant message (any format)
  • Re-selling them on any other website including eBay and other like auction sources

    You may not print copies of your downloaded book and distribute those copies to other people.
    You may print one copy for your own use. Allowing someone else to read your copy is a copyright violation.
    Some books may not allow printing. Read the description carefully.

 

Violation of any and all of the above constitues a violation of international copyright law and may also violate software laws.
Penalties can be up to $100,000 per violation (per copy). Penalties can also include confiscation of your computers,
any and all, and possible imprisonment. Depending on the seriousness of the theft, this could be a felony conviction.

 

Copyright Ownership

Material is under WhitePubs Enterprises, Inc for the duration of the contract. The material reverts to the author's copyright on release from contract.
